Questions? We have answers.
Here’s everything you need to know before your first visit.
Is IronBody beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. IronBody welcomes all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Our studio classes and training options are designed to be approachable, with modifications and guidance available along the way.
What’s the difference between studio classes and group training?
Studio classes accommodate up to 15 people with one instructor and include formats like Pilates, yoga, sculpt, and strength-based classes. Group training is limited to four participants with one trainer and takes place on the gym floor with more hands-on coaching, strength work, and support using gym equipment.
Do I need a membership to book a class or group training session?
No. You do not need a membership to attend. You can book individual sessions at our drop-in rate, or if you’re new to IronBody, you can start with one of our intro offers.
How can I try IronBody for the first time?
New visitors can start with a free first open gym visit, a first-time class or group training offer, or the two-week intro pass. We recommend choosing the option that best matches how you like to move.
What should I bring to my first class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. For mat-based classes, you’re welcome to bring your own mat or rent one from us. If you’re visiting for open gym or training, just bring what you’d normally use for your workout and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do I need an assessment before personal training?
Not for one-on-one personal training. If you’re interested in semi-private training, each participant must complete an individual assessment first. Learn more on the personal training page.
