Studio classes take place in our private studio room and focus on formats like yoga, Pilates, mobility, recovery, and specialty movement-based sessions. To help maintain a comfortable and personalized experience, studio classes are capped at 15 attendees max.
Group training takes place on the open gym floor and focuses more on strength training, conditioning, circuits, and coached workouts using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, machines, and functional training equipment. Group trainings are intentionally kept small with a maximum of 4 participants per session, allowing for more individualized coaching, form correction, and hands-on guidance.
Both options are coach-led, beginner-friendly, and designed to help members build confidence while training in a supportive environment.
