FRONT DESK STAFF, Part-Time —

FRONT DESK STAFF, PART-TIME — Madison Heights

Our Front Desk team is the first impression of IronBody Studios and the heartbeat of our daily operations. This role goes beyond checking members in — it’s about creating a positive, seamless experience for every person who walks through our doors.

Reports to: Studio Community Coordinator
Employment Status: Part-Time / Non-Exempt (W-2)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression

  • Manage scheduling, bookings, and account questions

  • Process sales for memberships, passes, and retail items

  • Keep the lobby, front desk, and retail area clean and organized

  • Support trainers and instructors with class check-ins and member communications

  • Assist with community events, promotions, and member outreach

Qualifications

  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Comfortable using scheduling and point-of-sale systems

  • Passion for fitness and wellness

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Minimum Availability

  • 3–4 shifts per week spread across each shift

  • Shifts align with staffed hours:

    • Monday – Thursday: 6AM-11AM, 11AM-4PM, 4PM-9PM

    • Friday: 6AM-12PM-12PM-6PM

    • Saturday/Sunday: 7:30AM–12:30PM, 12:30AM -4:30PM

MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR, Contract —

MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR, CONTRACT — Madison Heights

Our classes are structured, intentional, and designed to help people build strength, stability, and control—not just go through the motions.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently lead a room, stay consistent with scheduling, and be part of growing the class through both in-studio experience and social media presence.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Mat Pilates classes in our private studio space

  • Guide clients through structured, effective workouts

  • Offer modifications and progressions as needed

  • Create a welcoming, focused, and engaging class environment

  • Support class growth through social media content and visibility

Schedule Requirements:

  • Monday evenings

  • Tuesday evenings (6:00 PM and 7:15 PM classes required)

What we’re looking for:

  • Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat certification required)

  • Strong understanding of form, alignment, and core engagement

  • Confident leading a room and managing class flow

  • Active on social media and willing to promote classes

  • Energetic, professional, and personable

PERSONAL TRAINER /GROUP INSTRUCTOR, Contract — Madison Heights

PERSONAL TRAINER, CONTRACT — Madison Heights

Our trainers and instructors are the driving force of IronBody Studios. With a mix of expertise, energy, and encouragement, you’ll guide members through workouts that challenge and inspire them. Whether leading a strength session, a yoga class, or small-group training, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on people’s fitness journeys.

We’re looking for certified professionals who are passionate about empowering others. You’ll bring structure, safety, and motivation to every session, while helping members build confidence and celebrate progress along the way.

Reports to: Owner/Founder
Employment Status: Part-Time / Contractor or W-2 (depending on modality)

Responsibilities

  • Lead personal training sessions or group fitness classes in your specialty (strength training, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, etc.)

  • Design safe, effective, and engaging workouts

  • Track client progress and support members in reaching their goals

  • Maintain a clean and professional workout space

  • Represent IronBody with professionalism and energy

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of training or group instruction experience

  • Current certification in personal training or specific exercise format

  • CPR and First Aid certification required

  • Strong communication and motivational skills

Minimum Availability

  • Weekly class or session blocks (mornings/evenings/weekends)

  • Flexibility to cover sub requests as needed

LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST, Contract —
Madison Heights

LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST, CONTRACT — Madison Heights

This isn’t a traditional spa setting. Our clients come in after training, classes, and long days—looking for real relief, better movement, and recovery that actually makes a difference.

We’re looking for someone who either already has an established clientele or is confident in their ability to build and bring in their own clients, in addition to working with IronBody members.

What you’ll do:

    •    Provide massage therapy focused on recovery, mobility, and muscle relief

    •    Work with both IronBody members and your own clientele

    •    Recommend services based on client needs (not scripted upsells)

    •    Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming space

What we’re looking for:

    •    Licensed Massage Therapist (required)

    •    Existing clientele or strong ability to build a client base

    •    Experience with deep tissue, sports massage, or recovery-based work preferred

    •    Fitness or athletic background is a plus, but not required

    •    Someone who’s personable, reliable, and confident in their work

    •    Comfortable working in a gym environment

SOCIAL & COMMUNITY OUTREACH MANAGER, PART-TIME / CONTRACT — Madison Heights

At IronBody, our story lives both online and in the neighborhood. The Social & Community Outreach Manager is responsible for shaping that presence — from creating authentic content on social media to securing opportunities for IronBody to shine through community features, vendor partnerships, and media coverage.

This hybrid role blends creativity with connection. You’ll manage IronBody’s digital platforms, highlight member stories, and showcase events, while also representing us in the broader community. If you’re equally comfortable behind the camera and at the table networking, this role is for you.

Reports to: Owner/Founder (collaboration with Studio Community Coordinator)
Employment Status: Part-Time / Contract (Hybrid, in-studio presence required)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

  • Capture authentic video/photo content from classes, events, and daily studio life

  • Highlight members, staff, and community partnerships across channels

  • Track analytics and adapt strategies for growth and engagement

  • Pitch and secure media coverage in newspapers, local TV, and community outlets

  • Represent IronBody at vendor events and outreach opportunities

  • Collaborate with the Studio Community Coordinator to stay aligned with daily happenings

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of social media management, content creation, or marketing experience

  • Skilled in storytelling, copywriting, and short-form video content

  • Familiarity with editing tools and current social trends

  • Strong communication skills with confidence in community-facing settings

  • Creative, organized, and able to work independently

  • Hybrid availability — role requires in-studio presence (not fully remote)

Minimum Availability

  • 10–15 hours per week (contract)

  • In-studio presence during staffed hours for content capture:

  • Occasional evenings/weekends for event coverage and media opportunities

  • Flexible scheduling hours
