  • Yes! IronBody Studios offers:

    • One-on-one personal training

    This gives members flexibility depending on the level of coaching, personalization, and community experience they’re looking for.

    (2 or more, must have a consultation prior to training to ensure group is appropriately matched.)

  • Training sessions are customized to your current fitness level, experience, mobility, and goals. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or more advanced, your trainer will work to challenge you appropriately without making the experience overwhelming.

    The goal is progress — not intimidation.

  • We recommend bringing:

    • Water

    • Comfortable workout clothes

    • Clean athletic shoes

    • A positive mindset and willingness to learn

  • Your first session is focused on getting to know you, your goals, and your current fitness level. Your trainer may walk through movement assessments, discuss injuries or limitations, and guide you through foundational exercises to better understand how your body moves.

    The goal is to create a starting point that feels supportive, comfortable, and tailored to you.

  • Yes! We understand that comfort matters, and we do our best to pair clients with a trainer who aligns with their preferences, personality, goals, and training style whenever possible.

  • Not at all. Many of our personal training clients are beginners or people returning to fitness after time away.

    Our coaches are there to help guide you through the process, answer questions, and create a comfortable environment where you can learn and progress at your own pace.

  • In many cases, yes — but we always recommend getting medical clearance when necessary.

    Our trainers can work around certain limitations and modify exercises appropriately, but personal trainers are not medical professionals or physical therapists. If additional medical care or rehabilitation is needed, we may recommend working alongside the appropriate healthcare provider.

  • Everyone’s timeline is different depending on their goals, consistency, starting point, recovery, and lifestyle habits.

    Fitness is a long-term process, and sustainable progress typically comes from consistency over time rather than quick fixes. Your trainer can help create realistic expectations and a plan designed around your goals.

  • Yes! We offer semi-private personal training for members who want a more personalized coaching experience while training alongside a small group.
