This low-impact, 50 minute open-level Mat Pilates class will use a combination of traditional Pilates exercises and innovative variations using your body weight, props, and/or small weights to help build strength, flexibility, mobility, and strengthen your core, all while having fun and getting your body moving.
Energy Pilates

Hiit Pilates
Where strength meets stamina. This dynamic fusion of traditional Pilates and high-intensity intervals delivers a full-body burn that builds strength, improves endurance, and sculpts lean muscle from head to toe. Expect controlled core work, athletic sequencing, and bursts of cardio-inspired movement — all designed to keep your heart rate elevated while maintaining the precision and flow of Pilates. You’ll leave feeling stronger, centered, and recharged — not just sweaty.
Sculpt Pilates
A modern Pilates workout designed to tone, lengthen, and sculpt using slow, controlled movement and intentional resistance. This class blends classic mat Pilates with strength-based twists to create deep muscle activation in your core, glutes, arms, and legs. Expect a mix of pulses, holds, and endurance-based sequences using light weights, bands, rings, and bodyweight work. Every block is focused on precision, form, and that signature burn that builds strength without heavy impact. Perfect if you want a clean, effective sculpt session that leaves you feeling aligned, stronger, and supported.
