Cancellation Policy
Studio Classes:
Please cancel all studio classes 12-hours prior to the class start time.
Group Trainings:
Please cancel all group trainings 24-hours prior to the class start time.
Personal Training Sessions:
Please cancel all studio classes 24-hours prior to the appointment start time.
Membership Policy:
Effective August 19, 2026, all new basic and elite memberships require the last month down equal to one month of your membership rate. This is applies toward your final month of membership.
This applies to only the Basic and Plus membership levels.
All other memberships:
Training Only
Classes Only
Elite
Platinum
Require 30 days’ notice to cancel. Your membership agreement must be completed and signed at enrollment, including acknowledgment of the cancellation policy.
