Total Body Strength is a structured, full-body lifting session targeting upper body, lower body, and core in one workout. You’ll move through compound lifts and accessory work designed to build balanced strength and consistency week after week.

Strength & Power

Your heavier, performance-based session.

Strength & Power is our heavier lifting session focused on compound movements and progressive overload. Expect barbell work, structured sets, and intentional rest periods. This class is designed to build real strength, improve performance, and increase confidence under load.

Core Performance

Not fluffy ab day. Real core strength + athletic support work.

Core & Performance focuses on building strong, functional core stability while integrating lower and upper body accessory work. Expect loaded carries, rotational work, anti-rotation strength, and movements that support your main lifts and athletic performance.

Strength & Conditioning

Athletic, strength-based conditioning.

Strength Conditioning blends structured strength training with purposeful conditioning intervals. Expect moderate loads, athletic movement patterns, and controlled intensity designed to build strength, endurance, and overall performance — without turning into cardio chaos.
