With a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and four years of hands-on personal training experience, Drew specializes in integrating rehabilitative techniques into strength training and STOTT Pilates programs. He has worked with Division I college athletes, individuals with special needs, and seniors—always taking time to understand each person’s unique goals, abilities, and movement patterns.
Drew’s mission is simple: to make every client feel heard, supported, and capable. He values clear communication and thoughtful progression, helping clients build strength, mobility, and confidence at a pace that feels sustainable. His training approach is rooted in biomechanics and education, creating sessions that are both technically precise and encouraging.
